The hotel offers comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities, although some urgent refurbishment is needed. The location is excellent for visiting Milan or the surrounding area, but not the best neighborhood. The service is excellent, especially from the restaurant manager. The dining experience is decent, and the facilities are well-maintained.

The hotel is a good catch with clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, excellent proximity to the city center, and a variety of dining options. However, the industrial area surroundings may not suit everyone.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were a good size and clean, but unfortunately, we had disabled access in one of our rooms which we didn't want, and they couldn't move us as all other rooms were booked. The room seemed smaller than what we booked but was still comfy for two people, although it was quite cold.

The hotel is a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are large and comfortable but have busted lightbulbs and no air conditioning. The service more than makes up for the slightly cramped quarters, and the staff is amazing. The location is good for those planning to visit nearby cities but not ideal for local exploration without transport. The dining options are nice but somewhat overpriced. Expect a mix of good and not-so-good experiences.
