My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were a good size and clean, but unfortunately, we had disabled access in one of our rooms which we didn't want, and they couldn't move us as all other rooms were booked. The room seemed smaller than what we booked but was still comfy for two people, although it was quite cold.

The staff was very friendly and offered a useful free shuttle service. Jennifer from Front Desk/Reception was particularly helpful and patient with our questions. However, there were some intrusive moments at somewhat early hours.

The location was okay but a bit far from the city for my preference. They sold tram tickets that ended up not working, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite not being very close to main attractions, it was easy to navigate around Milan.
